With good health I pray for all that they grow in wisdom and have a nicer heart as they pass the age 72 and they care more and progress so with what gets better with age would be kindness and wisdom and when you exercise and drink 10liters of aqua a week ageing doesn’t happen as to really is good organic food and plenty of good drinks the food pyramid is helpful we must confess and tell the truth to drink living water and never get thirsty their is no shame in confession and their is no shame in making a mistake let make amends and say why were sorry instead of just saying sorry because it means this

Each person learns something but to learn something new and if not it’s a day waisted and that yesterday is history tomorrow is a mystery and today is the gift I give you as a present.
