how do I really wind down

How do you relax?

I have many ways of relaxing but I find it hard with hypermania and adhd

I choose yoga and working out for sleep and writing reading to help my mind focus

I like baths and showers that really takes a load off the shoulders I enjoy walking and jogging 🏃‍♂️ 😌 🙌 ☺️

I like listening to music and dancing

sing like no one is listening

dance like nobody’s watching and love like you’ve never been hurt
