What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I like to brush my teeth rince with mouth wash and gargle the spit it in the sink when I wake up I then have the shower run for a moment while I pick out the clothes im going to wear I then have a shower wash my self with some shower gel that all over my temple except my eyes and lips nor in the ear I then get dressed and relax for five mins of prayer then get breakfast tea and toast maybe some cerial then I would like to go for a walk and maybe swim in a pool or gym or just small walk or skipping I then change my clothes and fill myself with 10liters of water a week and then just listen to music while reading and the before bed go shower brush my teeth and sleep at 21:15 – 8am every hour before 12 o clock you sleep then it’s 8 hours of sleep.

just go have fun save money and travell see the different cultures and festivals and stay in education for knowledge is power and with grave power comes grate responsibility.
